I excitedly purchased this netbook because of the great price and reviews. Unfortunately I have had only problems. The hard drive has crashed twice requiring new drives each time. The company will not give me a refund so I am forced to send it in yet again for another hard drive. The customer service department either hangs up on you when you call or routes your call to a woman living in California (apparently she gets a lot of these calls).
