I bought this product in April, 2009. I began to use it in May, and I must admit from the moment I started it up it seemed a little slow. I thought it was just because it was loading everything for the first time, but my sisters seemed to think it should have been better. Well, it went strong for a little while, but then quickly deteriorated. It began to get really slow, and then the odd time wouldn't let me open my files. My picture, computer, all of those. Then it wouldn't let me open them at all. Said there was a error with windows, and that I needed to send and error report, but if i tried to send the error report my whole computer would freeze, and I'd need to restart. My computer became very slow, and now it won't even turn on! It's been that way for about 2 months now, and every time I try to turn it on it flashed a blue screen error. Unfortunately, I had a lot of pictures and files on it. I wouldn't recommend this product.
